BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION WITH A CONCENTRATION IN MANAGEMENT

Degree Description
The management track is designed for the working professional employed in the for-profit business arena as well as service organizations, public service, non-profits, and service related industries. The program focuses on teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, and the values and ethical leadership skills essential in today's diverse society and expanding workplace, both locally and globally. The focus of the management program is on building interpersonal skills to effectively manage or supervise, directly or indirectly, the work of others. Communication skills, understanding organizational and individual behavior, and leadership strategies for management and service are cultivated.
