MASTER OF SCIENCE IN MANAGEMENT


Degree Description
The Master of Science in Management is designed to help managers improve their ability to effectively and ethically manage others. A variety of important contemporary management content areas are covered including strategy, ethical leadership, performance management, creativity and innovation, human resource management, and change management. While focused on management topics, the program also provides students foundational general business knowledge in areas such as economics, accounting, marketing, finance, and information technology. Finally, the program helps students hone important skills fundamental to productive professional practice including writing, speaking, planning, teaming, and technology skills. Regardless of the profession, industry, or sector, the Master of Science in Management will produce graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage others in today’s complex organizations.
